Reporting an issue

• Include the page address and game name.
• Tell us your device and browser.
• Describe the steps that led to the problem.

Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment details. We use the address and content of your email to review and respond to your request.

Deleting a nickname

Open the nickname panel on the portal and choose Clear. This deletes the nickname stored for the current address in this browser. A name or record already passed to a game is managed separately by that game.
